1. Who is responsible

TOK IA is an independent project. For any question about your data, write to us via Contact us.

2. What data we process

Without an account: your collection, decks and settings are stored only in your browser (local storage). The chat conversation is also stored only on your device and is deleted when it closes.

With a Google account: the name, email and profile photo that Google shares with us at sign-in, and your collection, saved decks and settings, which are stored in the cloud (Firebase) so they sync across devices.

AI use: we store your account identifier, the day, how many requests you make, your plan (free, premium or admin) and, for the chat, the time, message size and token usage. We do not store the text of your chat messages on the server.

Technical data: as on any website, the hosting provider and network services may log your IP address and browser data to operate and protect the service. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and visits in aggregate (country, device, page); it does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors.

3. What we use it for

To make the tool work, save your work, apply daily AI limits, prevent abuse and measure usage to improve the service. We do not sell your data.

4. Who it is shared with

Google / Firebase: sign-in and cloud storage.

Cloudflare: hosting, intermediate server and usage database.

Google Gemini (AI): when you use the analysis or the chat, the card names in your deck, counts and your messages (and recent conversation history) are sent to generate the answer. Do not enter personal data in the chat. On the free Gemini tier, Google may use that data to improve its products; see Google's terms.

Scryfall, EDHREC and Commander Spellbook: to get card data, prices and combos, card names are sent from your browser or our intermediate server. These services may see your IP according to their own policies.

5. Advertising

TOK IA does not show ads today. If we show them in the future, advertising providers may use cookies; in that case we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

6. How long we keep it

Your account data is kept while you keep the account. AI usage records are kept for a limited time to measure consumption. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and similar rules, you may access, update, correct and request deletion of your data, and revoke your authorization. To exercise these rights, write to us via Contact us.

8. Children

TOK IA is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Security

We use recognized services and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
