1. What TOK IA is

TOK IA is a free web tool, currently in beta, for building and reviewing Magic: The Gathering Commander decks from your collection. It includes optional artificial-intelligence features (deck analysis and a chat). By using it you accept these terms.

2. Unofficial project

TOK IA is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering, card names, card images and symbols are property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Card data and prices are provided by Scryfall.

3. Free use and limits

Basic use (building decks, reviewing your collection, viewing cards and prices) is free. AI features have daily quotas that may change. Optional paid services may be offered in the future, always within what the Wizards policy allows, and you would be told in advance.

4. The AI can be wrong

AI answers (analysis, recommendations and chat) are for guidance only. They may contain mistakes or outdated information. Check cards, rules and dates on Scryfall or the Wizards website before deciding. Prices are approximate and are not an offer to sell.

5. Your account and data

You can use the tool without an account. If you sign in with Google, we store your collection, decks and settings so they sync. You keep the rights to your card lists. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use TOK IA for illegal activity, to overload or attack the service, to bypass usage limits, or to extract data in an automated way. Do not try to make the AI ignore its rules. We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Third-party services

TOK IA relies on third-party services (Scryfall, Commander Spellbook, EDHREC, Google/Firebase, Google Gemini and Cloudflare). Their availability and terms are outside our control.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", in beta. It may have errors, interruptions or changes, and we may modify or suspend it at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from use of the tool, from purchase decisions based on its data, or from loss of information. We recommend keeping a copy of your lists.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using TOK IA after a change, you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

1. Qué es TOK IA

TOK IA es una herramienta web gratuita y en fase beta para armar y revisar mazos de Commander de Magic: The Gathering a partir de tu colección. Incluye funciones opcionales con inteligencia artificial (análisis del mazo y un chat). Al usarla aceptas estos términos.

2. Proyecto no oficial

TOK IA es contenido de fans no oficial, permitido bajo la Fan Content Policy de Wizards of the Coast. No está aprobado ni respaldado por Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering, los nombres e imágenes de las cartas y los símbolos son propiedad de Wizards of the Coast LLC. Los datos de cartas y precios los proporciona Scryfall.

3. Uso gratuito y límites

El uso básico (armar mazos, revisar tu colección, ver cartas y precios) es gratuito. Las funciones con IA tienen cupos diarios que pueden cambiar. En el futuro podrían ofrecerse servicios opcionales de pago, siempre dentro de lo que permita la política de Wizards, y se te avisaría antes.

4. La IA puede equivocarse

Las respuestas de la IA (análisis, recomendaciones y chat) son orientativas. Pueden contener errores o datos desactualizados. Confirma las cartas, las reglas y las fechas en Scryfall o en la web de Wizards antes de decidir. Los precios son aproximados y no constituyen una oferta de venta.

5. Tu cuenta y tus datos

Puedes usar la herramienta sin cuenta. Si inicias sesión con Google, guardamos tu colección, tus mazos y tus ajustes para sincronizarlos. Tú conservas los derechos sobre tus listas de cartas. Cómo tratamos tus datos está en la Política de privacidad.

6. Uso aceptable

No uses TOK IA para actividades ilegales, para sobrecargar o atacar el servicio, para saltarte los límites de uso, ni para extraer datos de forma automatizada. No intentes manipular a la IA para que ignore sus reglas. Podemos limitar o bloquear el acceso a quien incumpla esto.

7. Servicios de terceros

TOK IA usa servicios de terceros (Scryfall, Commander Spellbook, EDHREC, Google/Firebase, Google Gemini y Cloudflare). Su disponibilidad y sus condiciones no dependen de nosotros.

8. Sin garantías

El servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", en fase beta. Puede tener errores, interrupciones o cambios, y podemos modificarlo o suspenderlo en cualquier momento.

9. Límite de responsabilidad

En la medida que permita la ley, no somos responsables por pérdidas o daños derivados del uso de la herramienta, de decisiones de compra basadas en sus datos, o de la pérdida de información. Te recomendamos conservar una copia de tus listas.

10. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha de arriba indica la última versión. Si sigues usando TOK IA después de un cambio, aceptas la nueva versión.

11. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de Colombia.
